Members of the Marine Corps League join together in camaraderie and fellowship for the purpose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps, banding together those who are now serving in the United States Marine Corps and those who have been honorably discharged from that service that they may effectively promote the ideas of American freedom and democracy, voluntarily aiding and rending assistance to all Marines. FMF Corpsmen and former Marines and FMF Corpsmen and to their widows and orphans and to perpetuate the history of the United States Marine Corps and by fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of historical occasions of particular interest to Marines.
The Marine Corps League is a 501(c)4 Charitable Organization. Donations are recognized as tax deductible for tax purposes. By making a donation you are assisting the Chosin Reservior Detachment #968 in achieving its mission. Your generous donation will be used to fund programs such as the Detachment Color Guard, the Detachment Memorial Team, the Detachment Casket & Funeral Guard Unit, the annual Toys for Tots campaign and other community related functions. The Detachment relies solely on donations and fund raising activies to cover operational expenses. None of the members or officers of the Detachment receive any compensation from the organization.
